Men's Hydrophobic Down Jacket
THE BENCHMARK. OUR WARMEST HYDROPHOBIC DOWN JACKET
Our class-leading hydrophobic goose down jacket. Stuffed with an incredible 275g / 9.7 oz. of 850 Fill Power goose down (size M), in a premium 93/7 down/feather ratio (295g / 10.4 oz. in L, 312g / 11 oz in XL).
Our water-repellent down from DownTek™ stays dry 10x longer than untreated down. Unlike inferior versions, our water repellency won’t wash out and is free of harmful fluorocarbons. Our ethical approach to down sourcing complies with the Responsible Down Standard.
Box wall body construction, fleece cuff liners and oversized zip baffling maximise warmth. A water repellent rip-stop face fabric resists the wet, and potential moisture zones at the cuffs, hem and collar contain synthetic insulation. A belay-friendly two-way zip and helmet compatible hood with mouldable peak add to the Fjörm’s benchmark credentials.

I have had this jacket now for three winters and find it to be warm and comfortable from -20 to -40 C. The only minor fault I have found while working in the arctic is cold spots develop in the arm seams. Very well built with only minor threading and lose of down.
But to this point, I like the coat.
Great quality jacket. Kept me warm in an Adirondack -20C trip with no problem. High loft down but packs down small and light.
It’s a nice jacket. The material could be better and stiffer or tougher and then it would be perfect.
But cut it a bit larger Or have it stretch on sides?
