I have owned this jacket for over two years and has performed amazingly in all conditions I have used it in, ski trips, Winter Ultra Running, wear it most days into the office as well and still looked good. I had a slight issue with a zip, and the team a Jottnar were happy to help to fix this even after all this time. This is above and beyond any other outdoor clouthing manufacturers I have dealt with, show what pride and level of quality they expect from their garments. You will not find that elsewhere

Absolutely thrilled with the customer service from Jottnar. Bought a coat a while back for my son for Christmas and even though the purchase was made a few months ago, they went above and beyond when there was an issue and were very accommodating and willing to rectify when they really didn’t have to. So grateful to them and very pleased. And the coat is lovely, great quality!!
