I began my military career as a Royal Marines Commando. After a tour in Afghanistan I undertook Special Forces selection to serve with the SBS. Successful completion led to physically and mentally demanding work operating in high pressure environments.

After a further two tours in Afghanistan I hung up my kit and founded The Natural Edge.

My firm belief is that mindset is a skill set but most people use a passive approach (books/podcasts/videos). Which is why they remain stuck in boom/bust cycles. With practical strategies anyone can forge a strong and serving mindset.
